Rookery Barn Self Catering Holiday Barns are situated at the Seaside on the North Norfolk Coast at Ridlington, set on a peaceful country lane with field views, just half a mile from glorious sandy beaches at Walcott. There is a Pub, Chip Shop, Restaurant, Convenience Store, Post Office and Cafes all within easy reach, Tescos and Asdas will even deliver to the holiday barns if required, along with the local takeaway service.
Our holiday barns have their own hot tub and patio and are fitted with all of the latest technology. As well as a large bathroom, which inlcudes a bath, we also have a wet room for the less abled. Dogs are welcome and there are many places to walk your pets in the surrounding areas.
These newly converted, traditional brick and flint barns are ideally located for enjoying north Norfolk's many attractions. Norwich with its Cathedral and Castle are a 30 minute drive away, the market towns of North Walsham and Aylsham are nearby. Cromer, whilst the Norfolk Broads, with their boat hire, foot and cycle paths and waterside inns, lie to the south. Pretty fishing villages, pubs serving local seafood, bird reserves, seal watching trips, steam train rides and Norwich are a short drive. Sea fishing and diving are available by arrangement.
